- 1.Search your name at centeda.com with your city and state
- 2.Open the matching profile and copy its URL. The format looks like centeda.com/lookup/first/last/.
- 3.Paste the profile URL into the Centeda privacy form, then add your email
- 4.Complete the reCAPTCHA and submit
- 5.Click the confirmation link in the email from Centeda. Approval follows within about 48 hours.
- 6.Repeat for every profile variant, since each URL needs its own request. If the form errors, email the profile URL and your full name to ccpa@centeda.com.
