The company behind FendLand

FendLand is built and operated by 97Dev LLC, an independent team based in Florida. It guards the four things a property owner can lose. Your privacy: it identifies who is contacting you, gets your information off the sites wholesalers pull it from, and filters what is left. Your money: it checks any closing email you forward to it and flags wire fraud before you send. Your phone number: it watches your line for the port-out and SIM-swap attempts that hand someone else your login codes. And the deed itself: it finds your county's free recording-alert program and walks you through signing up, so a forged filing reaches you in days rather than years.

Who builds it

Tyler Freeman is the CEO of FendLand. He came up with the idea and got the first version of the app off the ground. His background in real estate meant seeing first-hand how owner data gets bought, skip traced, and turned into the call lists behind those offers, which is what FendLand was built to cut off. He leads the business side: who FendLand is for, how it reaches owners, and the partnerships behind it.

Robert Johnson is the CTO of FendLand and builds the product. He came on to take it from that first version to what ships today, and works on the tools that help owners identify and stop unsolicited wholesaler and investor outreach and remove their data from the broker sites behind it.

Why we built it

If you own a home or land, the offers keep coming. Wholesalers, investors, and outright scammers get your name, number, and address from the same handful of data-broker and people-search sites, then reach you from a fresh number every week. Generic spam filters miss it because there is no known-bad list to match, the sender is new every time. So FendLand starts where the lists come from: it classifies who is contacting you, gets your information off those lists, and filters what is left.

What we promise

• We never sell your data, to wholesalers or to anyone else.
• We collect the minimum. You can run the scanner and the exposure check with no account at all. Unclear messages are checked by an AI model to classify them, and nothing is sold.
• Brokers relist people, so removal is ongoing work. Shield Pro removes your info for you at most sites, walks you through the rest, and re-checks every 90 days, but we do not promise any site keeps you off for good. On Android the app screens spam calls, not texts.
