The company behind FendLand

FendLand is built and operated by 97Dev LLC, an independent team based in Florida. It is a privacy tool for property owners: it identifies who is really contacting you, gets your information off the sites wholesalers pull it from, and blocks the spam that is left.

Who builds it

Tyler Freeman is the CEO of FendLand. He came up with the idea and got the first version of the app off the ground. His background in real estate meant seeing first-hand how owner data gets bought, skip traced, and turned into the call lists behind those offers, which is exactly what FendLand was built to cut off. He leads the business side: who FendLand is for, how it reaches owners, and the partnerships behind it.

Robert Johnson is the CTO of FendLand and builds the product. He came on to take it from that first version to what ships today, and works on the tools that help owners identify and stop unsolicited wholesaler and investor outreach and remove their data from the broker sites behind it.

Why we built it

Own a home or a piece of land and the offers never stop. Wholesalers, investors, and outright scammers get your name, number, and address from the same handful of data-broker and people-search sites, then reach you from a fresh number every week. Generic spam filters miss it because there is no known-bad list to match, the sender is new every time. We built FendLand to attack that at the source: classify who is really contacting you, get your information off those lists, and filter what is left.

What we promise

• We never sell your data. Not to wholesalers, not to anyone. Selling your information is the exact thing this product exists to fight.
• We collect the minimum. You can run the scanner and the exposure check with no account at all. Unclear messages are checked by an AI model to classify them; nothing is sold.
• We are honest about limits. Data removal is up to each site; we file and track the requests but do not guarantee removal. On Android the app blocks spam calls, not texts. We say so plainly instead of burying it.
