Message Scanner
Paste any suspicious text or voicemail. FendLand tells you who sent it, why they're reaching out, and gives you ready-to-send replies so you're never scrambling for a response.
Wholesaler
"Cash buyer," "7 days," "as-is," "no agents." Usually an internet phone number running through a bulk texting platform.
Investor
Talks about portfolios, rental income, or off-market deals. More patient than a wholesaler but still after a below-market price.
Realtor
Mentions comparables, listing agreements, or a free market analysis. Usually a real mobile number.
Scam
Urgent pressure, wire transfer requests, fake government notices, or threats about your property.
Tips
Paste the full message. The more text you give it, the more signals it has to work with.
Add the sender's phone number if you have it. That tells FendLand what kind of line it came from.

Blocking texts is a band-aid. Removal Center goes after the source. Wholesalers find you because your number is sitting on platforms they pay to access. We get you off them.
We walk you through the steps and you submit directly on the platform's site. Some require identity verification before they'll remove you.
We write and send the suppression email for you. Fill out your details once and we handle the rest.
We send the initial request, but the platform needs one thing from you to finish it. Usually a confirmation link in your email.
Tips
Go through the full list. Skipping a few means you're still on the lists wholesalers actually use.

SMS Filter
The SMS Filter is the core feature. Once you enable it in iPhone Settings, wholesaler and investor texts from unknown numbers never make it to your inbox. iOS checks every incoming message against FendLand before it reaches you, silently, in the background.
One-time setup
Go to Settings, tap Messages, then Unknown and Spam, and toggle FendLand on. That's it. You never have to touch it again.
Works automatically
Every text from an unknown number gets privately checked by FendLand. If it matches wholesaler or scam patterns, it routes to your Junk folder before you see it.
Nothing gets lost
Filtered messages go to Junk, not deleted. You can always check the folder if you're expecting something from an unknown number.
Your data stays private
Apple's Message Filter API is designed so your message content never leaves your device unencrypted. FendLand only receives the information needed to make a call.
How iOS handles this
Apple built a dedicated API for SMS filtering called ILMessageFilterExtension. When an SMS arrives from an unknown number, iOS privately asks the filter app whether to allow or junk it. FendLand responds in milliseconds. The message content never touches FendLand's servers in plain text.

Call Blocking
Spam texts are one channel. The calls are the other. FendLand blocks and labels the wholesaler and investor numbers that target property owners, so a flagged caller either never rings or shows up on your screen already named for what it is.
On iPhone: block and label
FendLand keeps a synced list of known spam callers through Apple's Call Directory. A flagged wholesaler either does not ring at all or shows up on your incoming-call screen labeled "Likely Wholesaler · FendLand." A brand-new number nobody has reported yet can still get through on its first call, which is why the on-device text filter is your first line for fresh numbers and the call list catches the repeat dialers and known operators.
On Android: screened in real time
On Android, FendLand checks a call the moment it comes in, before your phone rings once. An unknown number that matches the pattern is rejected or labeled on the spot. FendLand also reads the carrier's STIR/SHAKEN verification, so a spoofed local number that fails attestation is caught even when the number itself is brand new.
Your calls stay on your phone
FendLand never forwards your calls and never routes them through a server. The screening runs on your device against a list that syncs down to it. And that list is the wholesaler and investor numbers that target property owners, built from the community of owners using FendLand, not a generic robocall database.
How iPhone and Android handle this
iPhone uses Apple's Call Directory, a static list FendLand syncs to your phone that can both block a number and put a name on it. It cannot decide call by call, so the very first call from an unreported number gets through. Android uses a CallScreeningService, which hands each incoming call to FendLand as it rings, so an unknown number can be checked and stopped in real time. Different tools, one shared list.

Firewall checks your number every day for any carrier changes that could mean someone is trying to steal it.

What is a port-out attack?

We read the sender
FendLand checks the sender, the domain, and every link for the hallmarks of a redirected wire, then warns you before you send.
Name their domain, we watch for lookalikes
Tell us the domain your closing mail comes from and we flag near-misses of it, like acmetitle-closings.com instead of acmetitle.com. That swap is the trick behind most wire fraud. It only ever raises a flag: we never use it to mark an email safe.
A known-good number to call
Save your title or escrow contact and it is one tap away in the alert, so you verify on a line the email could not have chosen.
Why it matters
Wire fraud is the costliest scam in a real-estate deal, and a wire is usually gone for good once sent. FendLand flags risky emails and never marks one “safe,” so you always confirm by phone before moving money.
