Does FendLand read my texts?+

The app's automatic filter never sends your texts anywhere. It classifies unknown-sender messages on-device, inside Apple's Message Filter sandbox, and your contacts and iMessages are never touched. The only text that reaches our servers is one you choose to paste into the scanner.

Will it work on my carrier?+

Yes. FendLand runs at the OS level on both iPhone and Android, so it works across US carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and the major prepaid brands.

How is Android different from iPhone?+

The scanner and data removals are the same on both. The always-on layer differs a little: on iPhone, FendLand filters unknown-sender spam texts into Junk and blocks known spam callers; on Android, it screens and blocks spam calls before they ring. Text filtering is the one iPhone-only piece, since Android does not let apps filter texts, so each platform uses the strongest tools it has.

Is the scanner really free?+

What is number and port-out monitoring?+
