How to opt out of PropertyRadar
- 1.Go to https://www.propertyradar.com and click "Do Not Sell My Info" in the footer, or go directly to the form
- 2.Select Do Not Sell under the rights exercise dropdown
- 3.Select Consumer or Individual under submitter type
- 4.Select No when asked if you are a PropertyRadar customer
- 5.Enter First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY), Country, Address, City, State, and ZIP code
- 6.Enter optional request details if desired
- 7.Complete the CAPTCHA verification
- 8.Click Submit
- 9.Check your email for a verification link from OneTrust and click it to confirm
- 10.PropertyRadar will process your request and respond by email within 45 days

Is PropertyRadar legitimate?
Yes. PropertyRadar is a real company, not a scam. It is a skip-tracing and lead tool that real-estate wholesalers and investors pay for to attach a phone number to a property owner, then text or call them. Selling that data is a legal business in the US, which is why your number can be in it without you ever signing up. Opting out is your right and it is free: you can ask PropertyRadar to suppress your information, and you do not have to give a reason. The texts you get come from its users, not from PropertyRadar itself, so blocking one sender does not remove you from the tool.
Why is PropertyRadar showing my information?
PropertyRadar shows your details because one of its paying users looked up a property tied to you, and it matched your name to a phone number pulled from upstream data brokers. It is a lead tool for investors and wholesalers, so your number is there to be found, not because you signed up. You can ask it to suppress your data for free, but it re-traces from those upstream sources, so a listing can come back.
Will removing myself from PropertyRadar stop the "we buy your house or land" texts?
