How to opt out of REsimpli
- 1REsimpli's privacy policy directs deletion and other privacy requests to support@resimpli.com. Its contact page sits behind a browser check, so email is the most direct route.
- 2In the email, give your full name, property address, and every phone number and email you want removed. Ask REsimpli to delete your records, including any skip traced contact details, and to stop sharing them.
- 3REsimpli is software that investors use to upload and skip trace their own lists. Its policy says it may refer your request to the customer who uploaded your data, so ask which customer that is.
- 4REsimpli also tells people to contact that customer first, so send the investor who called or texted you a written removal request too. Postal requests go to REsimpli, LLC, 8410 Kennedy Avenue, Highland, Indiana 46322.
- 5REsimpli says it verifies each request and responds within the period the law allows. If nothing comes back within 14 days, follow up by replying to your original email.

Is REsimpli legitimate?
Yes. REsimpli is a real company, not a scam. It is a skip-tracing and lead tool that real-estate wholesalers and investors pay for to attach a phone number to a property owner, then text or call them. Selling that data is a legal business in the US, which is why your number can be in it without you ever signing up. Opting out is your right and it is free: you can ask REsimpli to suppress your information, and you do not have to give a reason. The texts you get come from its users, not from REsimpli itself, so blocking one sender does not remove you from the tool.
Why is REsimpli showing my information?
REsimpli shows your details because one of its paying users looked up a property tied to you, and it matched your name to a phone number pulled from upstream data brokers. It is a lead tool for investors and wholesalers, so your number is there to be found, not because you signed up. You can ask it to suppress your data for free, but it re-traces from those upstream sources, so a listing can come back.
