How to opt out of Batch Dialer
- 1.Visit the BatchData privacy choices portal (BatchDialer opt-outs are handled through BatchData, the parent platform). If you are a New Jersey resident, use the separate Daniel's Law form linked at the bottom of that page instead.
- 2.Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address
- 3.Under "I am a", select "Consumer"
- 4.Under "Who are you submitting this request for?", select "Myself"
- 5.Under "Have you made a similar request to BatchData in the past 12 months", select "No"
- 6.Under "Requester's country of residence", select "United States (USA)"
- 7.Under "Select the Right you would like to exercise", select "Do Not Sell"
- 8.Click Confirm. There is no visible CAPTCHA to solve — it runs automatically in the background.

Is Batch Dialer legitimate?

It is a skip-tracing and lead tool that real-estate wholesalers and investors pay for to attach a phone number to a property owner, then text or call them. Selling that data is a legal business in the US, which is why your number can be in it without you ever signing up. Opting out is your right and it is free: you can ask Batch Dialer to suppress your information, and you do not have to give a reason. The texts you get come from its users, not from Batch Dialer itself, so blocking one sender does not remove you from the tool.
