REMOVAL CENTER
Blocking the text treats the symptom. This goes after the list.
Wholesalers do not find you by accident. They buy a row with your name, address and phone from brokers that scrape public property records. FendLand files the removals across 108 of them and keeps checking, because brokers put you back.
Free, no account, about a minute. Removal itself lives in the app.
HOW A REMOVAL RUNS
Four stages, and the fourth never ends
01
Find
A search runs against the brokers known to index people, using your name and locality, and reports which ones are publishing you.
02
File
Each broker gets the request its own process accepts: a suppression email with your signed authorization, or step-by-step instructions where only you can submit.
03
Confirm
Replies are parsed for a confirmation or a rejection, and the original search is re-run to check the listing is genuinely gone rather than merely promised.
04
Re-check
Months later the same search runs again. When a broker re-lists you, the removal is re-filed. This is the part a one-time sweep does not do.
THE PART NOBODY ADVERTISES
Removal is not permanent, and it cannot be
A data broker does not hold one static copy of you. It re-buys and re-imports the same source records on a schedule, and public property records are among the most reliably re-purchased of all. So a listing removed in the spring can reappear in the autumn through the ordinary operation of the business, without anyone targeting you.
That is why a one-time removal sweep, yours or anyone's, decays. The thing with lasting value is the re-check: running the same search months later, seeing the listing return, and filing again.
It also means any service promising permanent deletion is describing something the industry does not allow it to deliver.
NOT EVERY BROKER CAN BE HANDLED THE SAME WAY
Three routes, decided by the broker
Some accept a request by email from an authorized agent. Some only accept a form submitted from your own browser, occasionally with an ID check. The route is the broker's choice, not a tier.
Auto
One tap, FendLand handles it end to end. A suppression request goes out with your signed authorization attached and the reply is tracked.
Hybrid
Both channels exist. FendLand sends the request and you can also file the public form, which is worth doing because two records beat one.
Guided
No email channel. You complete the broker's form yourself with the exact steps in front of you, and FendLand tracks where it stands.
WHAT COSTS MONEY AND WHAT DOES NOT
Seeing it is free. Having it handled is not.

QUESTIONS
What people ask before starting
Is my data gone for good once it is removed?+
No, and anyone promising that is overselling. Data brokers buy and re-import the same underlying public records on a schedule, so a listing taken down in the spring is often back by autumn. That is normal and it is not a failed removal. It is the reason the useful product is the recurring re-check rather than a one-time sweep.
What can I do without paying?+
Run the exposure check and see exactly which sites are listing you, for free and with no account. In the app, a free account gets the step-by-step instructions for each broker and can track three removals it files itself. Shield Pro is what makes FendLand do the filing for you across the whole catalog and keep re-checking.
How does FendLand remove data on my behalf?+
You sign a short authorization once in the app. That signature generates a dated Letter of Authorization, which is attached to the suppression request sent to each broker that accepts one. Brokers require it because they are being asked to act on behalf of someone who is not in front of them.
Do some brokers require me to do it myself?+
Yes. Some have no email channel at all and only accept a form submitted from your own browser, sometimes with an identity check. Those are marked Guided: FendLand gives you the exact steps and tracks the progress, but you complete the form. Brokers with an email channel are handled for you.
How do you know a removal actually worked?+
Two ways. Brokers that reply are parsed for a confirmation or a rejection. Separately, FendLand can re-run the same search that found you in the first place and check whether the listing is still there, which catches the brokers that quietly do nothing.
Why does this matter more for property owners?+
Because your deed is public record. Your name and address are already in a government database that anyone can pull, and brokers merge that with phone data to sell a complete row. That is the file a wholesaler buys before texting you, and it is the same file someone needs to impersonate you to your phone carrier.
