- 6.Click the plus symbol next to NAME and enter your First Name and Last Name
- 7.Click the plus symbol next to PHONE NUMBER and enter your phone number
- 8.Click the plus symbol next to EMAIL ADDRESS and enter your email address
- 9.Click the plus symbol next to ADDRESS and enter your street address, city, and state (required even if your address does not appear publicly on the site)
- 10.Click "Opt-Out My Info", confirm the removal prompt, then click Done. No email confirmation required. Removal typically completes within 24 to 48 hours.
