PROPERTY DATA BROKER · REMOVAL GUIDE
Enformion opt out: how to remove yourself
Skip-tracing data engine behind the Tracers and Endato brands, holding names, current and prior addresses, phone numbers, emails, dates of birth, and property records. Endato markets this same data as real estate skip tracing to investors and agents, and one opt-out portal covers all three brands.

How to opt out of Enformion
- 01Open the Enformion privacy portal, which covers Enformion, Tracers and Endato. Choose opt out of sale or delete, say whether you are the consumer or an authorized agent, enter your name and email, and pass the reCAPTCHA.
- 02Enformion emails you a link to a second form. Click it within 24 hours, or the link expires and you have to request a new one.
- 03On the second form, enter details that match your record, such as name, address and phone. Enformion verifies deletion requests by matching two or three of these data points, so accurate details matter.
- 04Enformion keeps receiving new public records, and its privacy notice says you may reappear after opting out. Refresh the request periodically, online or by calling 877-820-8125.
FendLand last confirmed this opt-out link works in Sep 2026.
THE DURABLE FIX
Enformion is one site. You’re on dozens.
The same records that put you on Enformion are spread across our full data-broker opt-out list, and that spread is how wholesalers and spammers got your number in the first place. Opting out of one site helps for a while, then Enformion re-lists you after its next data refresh. FendLand shows where you are listed, tracks every removal, files the ones that accept an agent, and keeps re-checking because they come back.

Questions
Is Enformion legitimate?
Yes. Enformion is a real company, not a scam. It is a data broker: it buys and compiles property, ownership, and contact records, then licenses them to marketers, lenders, and the skip-trace tools wholesalers use to find owners to call. That is a legal business in the US, which is why your records can be in its database without you ever hearing of it. Opting out is your right and it is free: Enformion publishes its own request process, and you do not have to give a reason. Some property and mortgage data may be kept under regulatory exemptions, so a removal can be partial.
Why is Enformion showing my information?
Enformion builds its file on you from public property and mortgage records, recorded deeds, and commercial marketing data it licenses in bulk, not from anything you handed it. Your name enters its database the moment you appear on a recorded document, which is why it can list you with no signup. You can request removal or suppression for free, though some property and mortgage records may be retained under regulatory exemptions.
Will removing myself from Enformion stop the "we buy your house or land" texts?
It helps, but Enformion is one of many data brokers feeding the same marketing and skip-trace lists, and the records return after each refresh, so the durable fix is removing yourself across the whole set and re-verifying on a schedule, not once. FendLand tracks every removal, files the ones that accept an agent, and re-checks on a schedule.
