How to opt out of Invelo
- 01Email privacy@inveloapp.com, the address Invelo's California privacy notice names for requests to know or delete. The notice also mentions a California Privacy Rights Request form as an alternative.
- 02Include your full name, every property address you own, your mailing address, and every phone number and email you want deleted from its owner lists and skip-trace results.
- 03Invelo says it confirms receipt within 10 business days and aims to respond within 45 days. If no confirmation arrives within 10 business days, its notice says to write to the same address again.
- 04Invelo's notice excludes publicly available government records from its definition of personal information. If it keeps your owner record, ask it to delete the skip-traced phone numbers and emails, which are not public records.
The button opens an email to privacy@inveloapp.com with the request already written. Add your details before you send it. This is the address Invelo’s privacy policy gives for these requests, last checked Oct 2026.
THE DURABLE FIX
Invelo is one site. You’re on dozens.
The same records that put you on Invelo are spread across our full data-broker opt-out list, and that spread is how wholesalers and spammers got your number in the first place. Opting out of one site helps for a while, then Invelo re-lists you after its next data refresh. FendLand shows where you are listed, tracks every removal, files the ones that accept an agent, and keeps re-checking because they come back.
See who else lists you, freeSee which of the biggest sites list you right now, no account needed. Then file your removals free, or let Shield Pro send them for you:
Questions
Is Invelo legitimate?
Yes. Invelo is a real company, not a scam. It is a skip-tracing and lead tool that real-estate wholesalers and investors pay for to attach a phone number to a property owner, then text or call them. Selling that data is a legal business in the US, which is why your number can be in it without you ever signing up. Opting out is your right and it is free: you can ask Invelo to suppress your information, and you do not have to give a reason. The texts you get come from its users, not from Invelo itself, so blocking one sender does not remove you from the tool.
Why is Invelo showing my information?
Invelo shows your details because one of its paying users looked up a property tied to you, and it matched your name to a phone number pulled from upstream data brokers. It is a lead tool for investors and wholesalers, so your number is there to be found, not because you signed up. You can ask it to suppress your data for free, but it re-traces from those upstream sources, so a listing can come back.
Will removing myself from Invelo stop the "we buy your house or land" texts?
It helps, but wholesalers can still reach you through the people-search and data-broker sources Invelo pulls from, so the durable fix is scrubbing those too and re-checking on a schedule, not once. FendLand tracks every removal, files the ones that accept an agent, and re-checks on a schedule.
