How to opt out of Tracerfy

  1. 01Email support@tracerfy.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". Tracerfy's privacy policy names this address and subject for requests to delete your data or opt out of its sale or sharing.
  2. 02Include your full name, the email you want removed and your home address, which the policy asks for. Add every property address you own and every phone number and email you want suppressed.
  3. 03Tracerfy says it will confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity before acting. Answer that verification email promptly so the request is not closed as unverified.
  4. 04If Tracerfy says some records come from public sources, ask it to suppress the phone numbers and emails tied to your properties anyway. Skip-traced contact details are not public property records.
Email Tracerfy’s privacy team

The button opens an email to support@tracerfy.com with the request already written. Add your details before you send it. This is the address Tracerfy’s privacy policy gives for these requests, last checked Oct 2026.

THE DURABLE FIX

Tracerfy is one site. You’re on dozens.

The same records that put you on Tracerfy are spread across our full data-broker opt-out list, and that spread is how wholesalers and spammers got your number in the first place. Opting out of one site helps for a while, then Tracerfy re-lists you after its next data refresh. FendLand shows where you are listed, tracks every removal, files the ones that accept an agent, and keeps re-checking because they come back.

Questions

Is Tracerfy legitimate?

Yes. Tracerfy is a real company, not a scam. It is a skip-tracing and lead tool that real-estate wholesalers and investors pay for to attach a phone number to a property owner, then text or call them. Selling that data is a legal business in the US, which is why your number can be in it without you ever signing up. Opting out is your right and it is free: you can ask Tracerfy to suppress your information, and you do not have to give a reason. The texts you get come from its users, not from Tracerfy itself, so blocking one sender does not remove you from the tool.

Why is Tracerfy showing my information?

Tracerfy shows your details because one of its paying users looked up a property tied to you, and it matched your name to a phone number pulled from upstream data brokers. It is a lead tool for investors and wholesalers, so your number is there to be found, not because you signed up. You can ask it to suppress your data for free, but it re-traces from those upstream sources, so a listing can come back.

Will removing myself from Tracerfy stop the "we buy your house or land" texts?

It helps, but wholesalers can still reach you through the people-search and data-broker sources Tracerfy pulls from, so the durable fix is scrubbing those too and re-checking on a schedule, not once. FendLand tracks every removal, files the ones that accept an agent, and re-checks on a schedule.
