How to opt out of Skip Genie

- 02Include your full name, every property address you own, your mailing address, and every phone number and email you want suppressed from Skip Genie search results and bulk skip traces.
- 03Skip Genie's terms say it does not alter underlying records but may suppress results in its own system. Ask plainly for suppression, so your details stop appearing when its customers search.
- 04If Skip Genie points you to the original record holder, ask that the phone numbers and emails still be suppressed. Skip-traced contact details are not public property records, and suppression is what stops the calls.
