- 5.Enter your full name, mailing address, and email address
- 6.Complete the CAPTCHA and submit
- 7.Click the verification link in the confirmation email from Epsilon if one is sent
- 8.Allow up to 30 days. Phone fallback: 1-866-267-3861. Note: legal.epsilon.com/optout is a cookie-only advertising opt-out and does NOT remove you from Epsilon's mailing list database -- use this form (/dsr) for actual database suppression.

It is a data broker: it buys and compiles property, ownership, and contact records, then licenses them to marketers, lenders, and the skip-trace tools wholesalers use to find owners to call. That is a legal business in the US, which is why your records can be in its database without you ever hearing of it. Opting out is your right and it is free: Epsilon publishes its own request process, and you do not have to give a reason. Some property and mortgage data may be kept under regulatory exemptions, so a removal can be partial.
